About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and technically capable Landlord and Tenant Solicitor to join our firm at associate level.
The successful candidate will ideally have 5+ years’ PQE and will support two busy partners on a broad range of commercial landlord and tenant matters. The role will include work on commercial leases, lease management, renewals, variations, licences, and related landlord and tenant matters, acting for both landlords and tenants.
This role would suit a solicitor with strong technical skills, good attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with senior lawyers while also taking responsibility for their own matters where appropriate. The successful candidate will be confident dealing with clients, managing deadlines, and producing accurate, commercially focused work.

Requirements
Ideally 5+ years’ PQE
Strong commercial landlord and tenant experience
Experience with commercial leases and lease management
Good technical drafting and advisory skills
Ability to work effectively with partners and clients
Commercial, practical and client-focused approach
