About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Wills and Probate Solicitor or Legal Executive to join our firm at associate level.
The successful candidate will ideally have 5+ years’ PQE and will be confident managing a varied private client caseload. The role will involve drafting Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Trust arrangements, as well as dealing with probate applications from initial instruction through to completion.
This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer who is comfortable servicing an existing client base while also helping to develop and grow this part of our business. The successful applicant will have strong client care skills, sound technical knowledge, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Requirements
Ideally 5+ years’ PQE
Solicitor or Legal Executive qualification
Strong experience in Wills, Probate, LPAs and Trusts
Excellent technical and client care skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership of files
Interest in developing and growing the department
